Project Coordinator

We are looking for a **Data Migration Coordinator** to lead and oversee the end-to-end data collection and migration process for a high-impact project in the apparel manufacturing and supply chain domain.

This role requires strong coordination, problem-solving and communication skills to ensure timely, accurate and seamless data migration across multiple internal teams, external suppliers and stakeholders. The position is based at EPAM Malaysia / customer office and supports EU/US time zones (CET/MDT/MST).

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and monitor the data collection, validation and migration process, ensuring alignment with quality and timeline goals
- Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery and formatting of data
- Act as the primary contact for all data migration activities; escalate risks and resolve issues proactively
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness throughout the migration lifecycle
- Collaborate with analysts to identify, troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues
- Provide regular updates and reports on progress, risks and blockers to stakeholders
- Contribute to process improvements for data handling and migration workflows

**Requirements**:

- Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data validation, pivot tables and formulas), along with experience in data migration tools and platforms (e.g., Flex or similar)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present data clearly, facilitate meetings and handle conflict with diplomacy
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on data accuracy and consistency
- A proactive, process-improvement mindset, with the ability to identify and resolve issues and optimize workflows
- Collaborative team player who encourages shared accountability, mentors others and adapts well to changing priorities and global time zones (EU/US)
