**Job Descriptions**:
- AP & AR
- Prepare Mothly Reports
- Monitor Overdue or Outstanding payment from debtors.
- Cheque preparation and online banking transaction
- Maintain Filing
- Data entry task for revenue amd expenses
- corresponsdence to external supplier and customers on documantation queries
- Assist in office general admin and operation
- arrangement for compnay event and activity if needed.
- develop and update admin system to be more efficinet and resolve the issue
- maintain employee profile and leave records
- payroll and benfits admin
