The Human Resource (HR) is responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Prepare employment contracts and handle onboarding processes for new employees.
- Organize induction programs and training for new hires.
- Manage internship recruitment, ensuring interns receive proper guidance and supervision.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution when necessary.
- Organize team-building activities and wellness programs.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and propose initiatives to improve workplace morale.

3. Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Ensure attendance, leave records, and overtime reports are accurate for payroll processing.
- Coordinate with finance for monthly payroll execution.
- Manage EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions as per Malaysian labor laws.
- Track and manage employee benefits, including medical claims and allowances.

4. Performance Management
- Develop and implement performance evaluation processes for all staff.
- Assist department heads in setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for employees.
- Conduct periodic performance reviews and track employee progress.
- Identify training needs and arrange skill enhancement programs.

5. Compliance & Legal Matters
- Ensure HR policies comply with Malaysian labor laws and company regulations.
- Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation of contracts, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Handle disciplinary actions, warnings, and termination procedures in accordance with legal guidelines.

6. HR Administration & Policy Development
- Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbooks.
- Keep track of probation, contract renewal, and resignation processes.
- Handle all HR-related documentation and correspondence.
- Monitor and manage employee attendance and leave records.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

2. Positive & willing to learn attitudes.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bukit Jelutong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
