**Job Purpose**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Order Management**:

- Place orders in the company’s designated procurement system based on purchasing requirements (e.g., daily orders, replenishment orders).
- Ensure the accuracy of purchase orders (POs), including item codes, quantities, and delivery schedules.
- Follow up on the progress of orders and confirm delivery details with suppliers.

**Inventory Support**:

- Assist with inventory checks and data verification to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Report stock shortages or overstock situations to superiors promptly and propose necessary adjustments.

**Supplier Communication**:

- Communicate with suppliers daily to ensure timely delivery and maintain stable product quality.
- Assist with account reconciliation and maintain accurate documentation for all procurement-related activities.

**Team Support**:

- Support senior purchasers in handling more complex purchasing tasks, including collecting and organizing quotations.
- Participate in team projects or special purchasing tasks, such as preparing goods for new product launches or promotional activities.
- Occasional involvement in team projects or tasks that may require flexibility

**Requirements**:

- **1-2 years** of experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management is preferred-2 years of experience in an HR environment, preferably in a similar administrative support role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic knowledge of procurement systems and inventory management processes.
- Immediate availability or the ability to join with a short notice is preferred

**Additional**:
Working Day: 5 days
Working Hours: 08.00 am - 5.30 pm

Headcount: 200 - 300 employees

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
