To assist in the procurement of materials, goods, and services required by the company, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery in accordance with company policies and procedures.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in sourcing and selecting suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery performance.

2. Prepare purchase orders and ensure proper documentation and approvals.

3. Follow up with suppliers on order status, delivery schedules, and shipment arrangements.

4. Coordinate with the warehouse, production, and accounts departments to ensure smooth purchasing operations.

5. Maintain and update supplier information, purchase records, and inventory levels.

6. Assist in evaluating supplier performance and identifying opportunities for cost savings.

7. Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.

8. Handle administrative tasks related to procurement and filing of purchasing documents.

**Requirements**:
1. Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.

2. At least 1 year of working experience in purchasing or procurement (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

3. **Must be proficient in both spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin).**

4. Good communication and negotiation skills.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic ERP systems.

6. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
