RESPONSIBILITIES: '¢ To work with cross-functional teams across the company '¢ To multitask and to work around scheduled datelines within a constantly changing and dynamic environment '¢ Project Management & Planning that includes: - Documentation - Client Relationship Management - People Management - Departmental Initiatives Project Management '¢ Key responsibilities include working together with project owners to achieve project goals and meet project schedules/milestones/timelines '¢ Responsible to assist in Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Control, and Closure of all assigned project(s) '¢ Adhere to established organizational and Project Management gated processes '¢ To assist the Project Manager by providing weekly project status updates & project handover reports. Internal relations: '¢ Assist Project Manager in creating clear and achievable project goals and timelines '¢ Work with cross-functional teams (HR, BD, FIN, Ops., L&D, TQM, and vendors) '¢ Escalation to Project Manager whenever necessary REQUIREMENTS: Academic/Qualification requirements: '¢ Degree/Diploma or equivalent professional qualification in any field '¢ Knowledge of the Project Management principles and techniques '¢ Min. 2 years of experience as Project Manager, preferably in a BPO or in the business management industry '¢ Good written and spoken command of English '¢ Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Microsoft Project knowledge is an advantage '¢ Full time, Monday to Friday, 5 days a week with a flexible schedule '¢ Ability to work as a team. Competencies: a) Technical knowledge '¢ Effective timeline management '¢ Control of implementation activities '¢ Consistency in group communication and documentation. b) Personal effectiveness '¢ Ability to set and manage priorities '¢ Good written & verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills '¢ Works collaboratively with the group in problem-solving situations. c) Communication '¢ Facilitate team and client meetings effectively '¢ Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors '¢ Escalate issues in a timely manner.
