**JOB PURPOSE**:
Ensure the management of maintenance team with proper work planning and coordination with intersection in the department. To plan and provide a good maintenance system to sustain and improve the productivity, efficiency and cost saving to the management.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist the section head in all the maintenance activities and management issues.
- Job planning for major stoppage and plant shutdown activities.
- Responsible for trouble shooting in order to reduce the down time of machinery in case of breakdown.
- Ability to troubleshoot, program, maintain and / or modify PLC Controllers.
- Coordinate daily operation of routine maintenance work.
- Identify and implement preventive maintenance to avoid reoccurrence of breakdown or minimize unplanned down time.
- Optimize spare part requirement to ensure the spare parts are available whenever the needs are arise with minimum inventory cost.
- Write report on job, task, breakdown and etc on daily basis.
- Manage and lead the subordinates.
- Responsible for career development or training of subordinates in order to have second liner.
- Responsible for repair and maintenance cost.
- Identify and implement improvement maintenance in order to prolong the life span of equipment.
- Responsible for all the area in the plant and system related.
- Raise PR and liaise with supplier for the requested parts or machines.
- Safety and health management at working place.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**:

- Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Electrical Power or any related disciplines.
- Able to interpret Electrical circuit/diagram.
- Strong PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skill
- Good management and supervisory skills.
- Computer literacy ie, Microsoft Office and Engineering Software.
- Able to attend call back if required.
- Willing to work at heavy industry environment.

**Salary**: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
