**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and deliver **IT infrastructure projects** including servers, storage, networking, data centers, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and endpoint security.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality according to PMI or PRINCE2 best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT Security, Application, Compliance, Business Units).
- Drive **cloud migration**, disaster recovery, network modernization, and endpoint deployment initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with **regulatory compliance** (e.g., PCI DSS, MAS, BNM/RBI regulations).
- Maintain project documentation: WBS, project charters, RAID logs, and weekly reports.
- Identify risks and issues; implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement and integration.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and present updates to stakeholders and steering committees.
- Ensure all project activities follow **banking IT policies**, audit standards, and change control procedures.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4 -10 years of total IT experience with 5+ years in **infrastructure project management**.
- Strong knowledge of **banking systems**, security protocols, and IT operational controls.
- Familiarity with **cloud platforms** (Azure, AWS), virtualization (VMware), and network architecture.
- Experience with **project management tools** (JIRA, MS Project, Confluence).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

**Preferred Certifications**:

- PMP®, PRINCE2®, or equivalent
- ITIL v3/v4 Foundation
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) - if involved in hybrid/agile environments
- Microsoft Azure or AWS Certifications (nice to have)
