Job Responsibilities:Engage with the Business users and the Technical team members directly in relation to the their roles in the project activitiesManage project stakeholders – Project Steering Committees, Project Working Groups, etc.Manage interdependencies between projectsManage vendors (where applicable) to ensure smooth implementation of project activitiesDevelop the Project PlanDevelop and maintain the project schedule and project budgetWork closely with Business Teams on the development of the detail functional requirements and the Technical Teams on the technical requirementsWork out with the project team comprehensive testing and deployment plansEnsure timely delivery of key project milestones and planned deliverablesEnsure the RHB established project documentation is completeIdentify & mitigate project risksResolve project issues in a timely mannerEnsure proper facilities and resources are available as per project requirementsMonitor and track closely the project progress to ensure activities are kept on-timeConduct proper escalation of issues/risks where and when appropriate and requiredReview project progress and financial matters with PSC on regularly basisEnsure timely and accuracy in the reporting of project statuses to relevant parties as per RHB reporting standards.Ensure project governance, processes and templates are followed and complied withEnsure compliance to Regulatory, Audit and Risk matters in the execution of IT ProjectsJob Requirements:Proven track record in the management of IT systems development (SDLC) projects and implementations in the Banking/Financial sectorProficient project management experience (minimum 8 years with minimum 5 years in FIs) with technical and banking specific business knowledge.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatoryStrong understanding and actual management skill of various system development, system integration, implementation lifecycle (SDLC) and Data Migration (Optional)Ability to lead, manage and work effectively with various teams of people across the organization to achieve the objectives of the projectAbility to quickly grasp complex business and system processesExcellent communication, analytical, leadership skillsCapable in managing more than 1 project assignmentProven track record in conducting Project Steering Committee meeting involving C-suite & business headsProven track record in managing project > 2 Million (Optional) or > 6 months duration Banking projectsJob Type: ContractContract length: 12 monthsPay: RM14, RM15,000.00 per monthBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceMaternity leaveParental leaveVision insuranceAbility to commute/relocate:Bangi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Application Question(s):This role requires candidates with BFSI experience, do you have such experiences?How long is your notice period?Work Location: In person
