**About the Role**

We are seeking a strategic and experienced **General Manager (General Affairs & Logistics)** to lead and optimize administrative and logistics functions at an industrial facility. This is a critical leadership role for someone with strong operational oversight, facilities management expertise, and a deep understanding of corporate governance within an industrial or manufacturing setup.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide strategic leadership across General Affairs and Logistics to align with company goals.
- Manage office administration, facility safety, maintenance, and security.
- Oversee the end-to-end logistics function including transportation, warehousing, and material handling.
- Lead budgeting, cost planning, and financial tracking for administrative functions.
- Develop, implement, and enforce GA and logistics policies and SOPs.
- Coordinate internal/external events, meetings, and corporate activities.
- Review, negotiate, and manage company-related contracts, including service and vendor agreements.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, labor, and corporate regulations.
- Build and maintain strong supplier/vendor partnerships to improve service delivery.
- Lead and mentor the GA and logistics teams to promote operational excellence and accountability.
- Liaise with production, warehouse, and procurement to ensure efficient inbound/outbound operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using ISO, 6S, TPM, or similar frameworks.

**Requirements**:

- **Sarawakian citizenship is mandatory.**:

- Minimum **15 years of experience** in general administration and logistics, ideally in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
- Minimum **5 years in a General Manager or equivalent senior leadership role**.
- Bachelor's Degree in **Business Admin, Logistics, Supply Chain**, or related field (**Master’s preferred**).
- Strong contract management and commercial negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance, labor laws, and facility management.
- Experience with operational excellence programs like ISO, TPM, or 6S.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Immediate availability is **highly preferred**.
