Job Overview: The role of a Product Management Executive is to support Product Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of a product, from ideation to development, launch, and post-launch optimization. They are responsible for driving product strategy, defining product roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and drive product strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives - Conduct market research and analyze customer needs and market trends to inform product planning - Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, goals, and roadmap - Create and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and features - Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure product development is on track - Lead the product development process - Monitor and evaluate product performance, gather customer feedback, and iterate on product features and functionalities - Collaborate with marketing teams to develop product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies - Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and positioning - Coordinate with sales teams to provide product training and support for successful product launches - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus) - Proven experience in product management, preferably in a Consumer Electronics or FMCG industry - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Experience with Agile methodologies and product development frameworks - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Strong leadership and project management abilities - Strategic thinking and ability to translate market insights into product strategies - Customer-focused mindset and ability to advocate for user needs
