**Position: Client Solutions Specialist (Korean speaker)**

**Location: Kuala Lumpur**

**Working days/hour: 5 working days / rotational shift basis**

**Tenure: Contract 1-year renewable basis**

**Basic salary: Up to RM 10,000**

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze the performance of priority accounts (problematic or top-tier advertisers) and create optimization actions. Optimization goals include:

- Account up-selling
- General creative tips and best practices
- Bidding/Budget/targeting recommendations
- Communicate budget increase with advertisers and encourage them to increase investment in advertising using the Client’s platforms
- Able to identify high-value opportunities and low-hanging fruite
- Communicate effectively with advertisers and the Client’s internal stakeholders (ads review, finance, product, etc.) to achieve a good customer experience
- Collaborate with Client’s internal resources (POC/Data/self-service project manager/Ads platform/Ads delivery/Sales CRM platform) to support Client’s to develop product features/tools/delivery/account management strategy that empowers SMB customers and enhances the work efficiency of Client Solution Specialists by providing the advice
- Answer advertiser questions online; provide account setup guidance and simple optimization suggestions for high-potential advertisers through inbound and outbound calls, as well as reach out to problematic advertisers via telephone to provide solutions

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree graduates with 1-3 years of working experience in Customer Services
- 1-2 years of sales/marketing experience
- **Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and native speaker of any stated language (Korea)**:

- Passion for learning and creative problem-solving.
- Strong knowledge of the cultural context in the user countries supported
