'¢ Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security '¢ Make plans to develop coldroom personnel by internal on job training '¢ Implement cost reduction principle in all aspects of coldroom transactions and activities. '¢ Manage and improve the coldroom operations to ensure full compliance on SOP, implement and maintain the SOP. '¢ Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with data storage system. '¢ Maintains coldroom staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring and appraising job results. '¢ To monitor stocks movement and report to management from time to time on solve moving stocks. '¢ Oversee operations '“ shipment inbound, loading and delivery daily by coordinating coldroom team with efficient timing and workload schedules.
