**The Duties and Responsibilities**

1. Lead the warehouse team to perform all the tasks as assigned by the superior on time.

2. Manage goods receive, issuance and return of stock.

3. Inspect goods in, receive and store goods.

4. Verify to ensure the stock received from vendors is tally with Delivery Order and Purchase Order. Perform QC check as well to ensure goods received in right quantity and quality.

5. Arrange and coordinate hardware packing jobs and conduct QC before issued for production usage.

6. Ensure all goods are packed and printed appropriate label for shipment.

7. Standby goods for delivery, schedule and monitor loading process for container or lorry according to Sales Order as when instructed.

8. Weight the goods before shipment to prevent container overweight. Perform the same activity for truck loading as well when required.

9. Verify the goods returned with Debit Note provided by customer or Sales Representative.

10. Manage warehouse space and determine storage method. Ensure all the goods are stored in the right location and right quantity.

11. Updating of stocks and maintain full, complete and systematic filling for audit purpose.

12. Assist in stock take and maintain accuracy of inventory.

13. Exercise 5S management in working area.

14. Responsible for the safety and security of store.

15. Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 per month
