**Job Overview**:
**Job Descriptions**:

- Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Executive Director, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate and follow up on project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables across various departments (project/property/hospitality/retail/fitness).
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, meeting minutes, proposals, and correspondence on behalf of the ED.
- Act as the liaison between the ED and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication flow.
- Monitor action items and ensure timely execution of key initiatives.
- Maintain organized filing systems for contracts, project documents, and communication records.
- Conduct market or industry-related research as required to support decision-making.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks, errands, and assignments given by the ED.
- Accompany the ED to meetings, site visits, and business trips when necessary.
- Any other duties that assign by immediate superior.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Management, or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years in a similar role, preferably in mixed-industry environments (property, hospitality, retail, or fitness-related industries).
- **Languages**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- **Travel**: Willing and able to travel locally and regionally, including overnight stays.
- **Others**:

- High integrity and confidentiality.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Ability to work independently.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good presentation and reporting skills.
- Problem-solving attitude and a proactive approach.
- Adaptability to work in fast-paced and changing environments.
- Knowledge or experience in project coordination, property management, or business operations is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
