Supervising operations within a facility to achieve higher output.
- Organize & schedule production activities to ensure manufacturing orders are completed as plan and timely delivery of goods to customer.
- Perform analysis to resolve quality issues & improve product reliability.
- Optimize production methods, manpower & material to reduce wastage and reduce cost.
- Motivate production operators and technicians to perform efficiently & consistently to achieve good productivity and good quality.
- To monitor packing operator's attendance.
- To overseeing packing operator's quality of work.
- To provide counselling on tardiness, disciplinary, competency/expectation on worker.
- To ensure safety requirement is compiled all the time.
- To provide on job training for the new hire, if any or to provide refreshers training to the current workers.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure production is run smoothly,

**Requirement**
- Excellent organization, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- IT skills, especially using data analysis software - Excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to create and adhere to production processes.
- Ability to write reports legibly and accurately.
- Relevant training and certification in industrial production, engineering, or any related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
