Generate or review Material Requirement Planning to ensure stock availability;
- Review inventory lead time, stock holding and ageing to ensure minimum stock holding costs;
- Evaluate supplier’s competency and competitive positioning to ensure best possible supply base;
- Periodic update on market condition analysis and perform study on procurement alternatives;
- Conduct cost and pricing analysis to embark price reduction on procurements;
- Shipping and logistics management, and to ensure compliance to all regulations regarding import/export and customs regulations
- Maintain sustainable relationship with local and overseas suppliers;
- Source for new suppliers or new products under product development or cost reduction drive;
- Involve in ISO, quality and customer audit.
- Lead the purchasing team toward achieving company objectives and assess training needs analysis for subordinates
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in supply chain management in a FMCG high volume manufacturing environment
- Mature personality, high integrity, hardworking and possess good leadership quality and supervisory skills
- Knowledge with shipping and logistics management, familiar with import / export customs procedures
- Dynamic, self-motivated with good interpersonal and effective negotiation skills
- A task-oriented person who can take pressure and adapt to new environment
- Fluent in verbal and written in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Computer literate with hands on experience in SAP/MRP/ERP system

The factory is a modern single storey facility of 85,000 square feet (7900 square metres) with a warehouse, mould shop, laboratory and clean rooms, all on-site. As a state-of-the-art production site, it offers clean room facilities in the key manufacturing areas, and a range of Good Manufacturing Practice compliant equipment used to produce our products.

Our factory has the following accreditations; BRC, FDA, ISO 9001: 2008 for our quality manufacturing systems and ISO 22716 for the quality of our manufacturing practices
