**Admin (Facilities and Office)**
Location: Bangsar South
**Salary**: RM 2800 - RM3300
Working hours & days: Mon-Fri (8:30a.m - 5:30p.m)
Work type: 1 year contract
**Job Scope**:
Monthly Bills & Payment
Receive, verify, and prepare PRFs for monthly invoices (e.g. rental, utilities, cleaning).
- **Facilities Support**_
Monitor electrical issues, office cleanliness, and manage office keys and locker access.
- **Pantry & Supplies Management**_
Check pantry and tissue supplies, liaise with suppliers, and coordinate restocking.
- **Meeting Room Support**_
Assist with room bookings and ensure stationery is adequately stocked.
- **General Administrative Tasks**_
Perform other ad hoc admin duties as required.
**Requirement**:
Minimum SPM
Able to work independently, reliable and can multi-task
