Requirement/ Skills / Attributes:
- Degree in any field of Study
- HR Generalist for more than 5 years
- Able to handle project and HR development
- Able to handle pressure of workload.
- Handle subordinate
Responsibility:
- Oversee daily HR operations for Company to ensure all HR related matters are comply to EA1955. Provide legal and HR advice to Company management related to business and HR related matters.
- Support Company business by implementing HR functions to ensure personnel related matters are keep in right order and confidential. Manage the company’s social media presence on selected platforms for branding & also to promote job openings
- Prepare payroll report and pass to finance team for payment processing to Employee, SOCSO, EIS & EPF in order to get salary payment paid as per schedule every month.
- Identify HR system that is suit for Company needs and organizational needs.
- Setup payroll and HR Information System for Company and maintain the system.
- Setup HR filing physical and cloud filing in order to get reliable data and documents for business use.
- Produce Employment package for all employee. Preparing of letters (transfer, restructuring, added responsibility, secondment) & related announcement. Manage benefit and compensations structure of Company and provide report to management for business report and analysis.
- To oversee the onboarding and induction program for all new joiners Conduct exit interviews for resignee
To be custodian of Job descriptions & departmental organization charts
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
