Business Development Executive

**Criteria**:
- Dip. or Degree or Experience in Retail Management / Business / Marketing / Entrepreneurship OR 2 years experience in the e-commerce/online industry
- Positive, eager to learn and grow, willing to travel
- own transport (motorbike or car)
**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop overall business strategies and evolve business models for revenue and profit growth.
2. Carry out all phases of the business development including preparing business proposals, making presentations, and project implementation.
3. Analyse trends, perform market research, and evaluate environmental surveys.
4. Understand customers’ immediate / long term needs, business models, fleet needs, challenges and opportunities.
5. Tailor offers and services to capture business and longer-term partnerships.
6. Conduct value-led negotiations through in-depth understanding of our customer value propositions.
7. Build and utilise knowledge of market development and competitor offerings, strengths and weaknesses, to create growth opportunities.
8. Define and regularly review relevant customer relationship, behavioural and differentiated services banding and customer sales & marketing plan - for new and existing customers.
10. As this role is field based, this role requires regular travel in order to visit customers.
**Minimum qualifications**:
1. Significant field-based sales experience with a demonstrable track record of delivering sales growth.
3. Experience in payment card market business development will be an added advantage.
**Essential skills**:
1. B2B sales and comfort with selling to buying/procurement decision-makers.
2. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships at all levels.
3. Credible personal and business skills or proven willingness and capability to improve.
5. Good working knowledge of customer operations and financials would be beneficial.
6. Good command of spoken and written English.
7. Drive to exceed sales targets and exploit new business opportunities.
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
