**Responsibilities**
- Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, market trends, and competitive products.
- Generate new product ideas and concepts in collaboration with the sales and marketing team.
- Develop product specifications, design concepts and phototypes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and design, to ensure feasibility and manufacturability of product concepts.
- Manage the product development lifecycle, from initial concept through to final product release.
- Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Oversee the testing and validation of products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
- Work with quality assurance teams to identify and resolve any issues or defects in the product development process.
- Prepare and execute product launch plans, including marketing strategies, promotional activities, and sales training.
- Ensure that all necessary documentation is prepared and available.
- Monitor product performance and gather feedback from customers and stakeholders.
- Analyze sales data and market response to identify areas for improvement and future development opportunities.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product development processes and outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates on project status and product development progress.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, suppliers, and vendors.
- Work closely with business operations, advertising, promotions and marketing team for ideations and creations on seasonal hampers.
- Ensure products delivery on time for production.

**Requirements**:

- At least degree holder in Food Science, Nutrition, Marketing, or other related fields is preferred.
- Experience in MAL product registration and maintenance required.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product development or related fields
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of language in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
