**Responsibilities**:

- Solution selling: Drive corporate account growth by constantly seeking new opportunities to develop, expand, and strengthen relationships with key clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, providing the necessary support and addressing their needs.
- Analyze data to identify growth and profitability opportunities for both clients and Lalamove.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to initiate new initiatives and resolve challenges.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly business review reports for key accounts.

**; Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Account Management or Client Servicing within a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and nurture relationships with corporate key clients and various departments within Lalamove.
- Results-driven mindset with a data-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment as a collaborative team player.
- Intermediate data analysis skills.
