We’re looking for a Bilingual Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. This isn’t a traditional sales role—you’ll be empowered with AI and automation tools to supercharge outreach, streamline follow-ups, and keep your pipeline clean.
**Responsibilities**
- **Sales Presentations and Demos**: Conduct impactful sales presentations and product demos that effectively communicate the value of our solutions to potential clients.
- **Qualification of Leads**:Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and decision-making process to ensure a high-quality pipeline for the sales team.
- **Close Deals**:Work closely with prospects through the sales process, address their concerns, and close deals, contributing to the team's monthly and quarterly targets.
- **Client Relationships**:Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- **CRM & Workflow Management**: Keep customer data up to date while optimizing CRM automations for efficiency.
- Continuous Learning: Stay sharp on SaaS trends, AI in sales, and market dynamics to refine outreach and strategy.
**Qualifications**
- With 2-3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills—clear, persuasive, and engaging.
- Experience or comfort with sales automation and AI tools (e.g., CRM workflows, sequencing platforms, chatbot-assisted outreach).
- Creative thinker who can develop sales strategies that stand out.
- Data-driven, using market research and metrics to inform decisions.
- Organized and results-oriented, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM systems and sales productivity tools.
