Overview

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating revenue by developing and maintaining relationships with clients across corporate, leisure, and group segments. You will identify new market opportunities, promote the hotel’s services, and work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure a seamless guest experience and strong business performance.

THE JOBSCOPE
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across key market segments
- Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to ensure repeat business
- Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and hotel tours
- Respond promptly to inquiries, prepare proposals, and follow up on leads
- Collaborate with the Revenue and Marketing teams to execute sales strategies and packages
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Represent the hotel at industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions
- Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the department
- Prepare accurate weekly and monthly sales reports for management review
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination with operations and front office teams

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems
- Ability to travel and attend external meetings or events as needed
