1. Planning & Strategy

  • Develop marketing strategies by studying company products/services, competitors, and market trends.
  • Identify customer needs (current and future) to strengthen company positioning.
  • Create and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to expand the customer base and drive business growth.

2. Marketing Campaign Management

  • Coordinate closely with the Digital Marketing team to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing efforts including web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email campaigns, and social media marketing.
  • Oversee online advertisements (Facebook, etc.) to increase brand visibility and awareness.
  • Prepare online newsletters, promotional emails, and manage distribution across multiple channels.

3. Customer Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance user experience across company websites and portals.
  • Utilize analytical insights to evaluate customer experience across all channels and touch points.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and act as the main point of contact between customers and the operations team.

4. Team Management

  • Recruit, train, coach, and supervise sales team members to ensure individual and team goals are met.
  • Lead digital marketing department operations by assigning tasks, scheduling work, and monitoring results.
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing, campaigns, and website improvements.

5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Report directly to the CEO / Managing Director.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for both Sales and Digital Marketing teams.
  • Measure and report performance of all sales and marketing campaigns, evaluating ROI and KPIs.

6. Sales KPI Management

  • Ensure both personal and team Sales KPIs and targets are achieved.
  • Take corrective actions when KPIs or targets are not met to drive improvement.

7. Other Responsibilities

  • Perform additional duties as required in the course of carrying out the role.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in Sales & Marketing.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing a Sales Team.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing a Digital Marketing team.
  • Experience in IT and/or Medical Sales is required.
  • Experience handling Local and Regional Sales (neighbouring countries).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
