Sales Management:
Maintain relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, expand offline market share and introduce the Cille brand to major supermarket markets.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve results.

Manage and motivate the sales team, setting clear goals, providing training, and ensuring performance alignment.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.

Marketing Management:

Design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple media channels.

Develop and oversee branding initiatives, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in messaging.

Track and report on marketing campaign performance, optimizing strategies based on data insights.

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in the Household goods.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive strategic decision-making

Proficient in developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns across various channels

Degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferable.

Ability to speak Chinese is preferred.

3-5年以上家居用品行业工作经验。

优秀的沟通和人际交往能力，能够与不同层次的客户建立良好的关系

较强的分析和解决问题的能力，能够利用数据推动战略决策
