**JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage communication and coordination for new or existing IT projects and system issues.
- Liaise between the IT department, other business units and government agencies to ensure smooth project execution and issue resolution.
- Track project progress and communicate status to relevant stakeholders.
- Responsible in executing and assist in planning, organizing and managing various stages of the assigned IT projects and ensure the projects are executed according to the schedule, cost and quality.
- Execute additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Superior.
- Ensure projects comply with the company's quality standards and client expectations.
- Assist in managing project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure optimal project delivery.
- Assist in managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns during the project lifecycle.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC).

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in Project Management.
- Must possess great communication & writings skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and positive nature personality.
- Able to work independently and multi-task as well as a good team player.
- Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure within tight deadlines.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented person.
- Good Customer relationship and User Acceptance Test (UAT) / System Testing Skill.
- Project requirement study and proposed solutions.
- Good command of both spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must possess own transport.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
