Job Responsibilities '¢ To follow up equipment and machineries maintenance procedures and ensure its implementation e.g. Daily Machine Checklist, Periodic Maintenance Schedule. '¢ To carry out routine inspections of the facilities and machineries base on schedule '¢ To manage and monitor all equipment and machineries inventories, movement and maintain repair and maintenance record for tracking. '¢ To coordinate general repairs such as civil works, painting and building structures, upkeep of outlet surrounding areas, inspect wiring, repair pipes, troubleshoot equipment, replace light bulbs and install new equipment. '¢ To coordinate machines relocation including setup of new machine in the plant. '¢ To respond to any emergency call for break down and other equipment/machinery to repair or service. '¢ To monitor all installation and servicing works by contractor. '¢ Communicate with machine suppliers to understand operation, parts, and maintenance of the production machineries '¢ Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the management from time to time Requirements: '¢ SPM / Professional Certificates in relevant fields '¢ At least 1 years working experience as machinery technician or related environment '¢ Able to communicate with staffs from all level. '¢ Able to work independently and good time management skill. '¢ Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese
