Job Description
- Preparing and circulating general information and internal communication materials.
- Support in monitoring and controlling office supplies, uniforms and pantry stock.
- Update and maintain filing systems, records and administrative databases.
- Key in data entry, report compilation and preparation of simple administrative summaries.
- Support coordination of internal events, meetings and GA related activities.
- Source competitive quotations and prepare purchase requests for GA materials and services in accordance with company procedures.
- Coordinate with service providers for minor maintenance or cleaning service requests.
- Provide clerical and documentation support to Senior Assistant / Supervisor / Executive / Engineer.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities related to office efficiency, 6S, safety activities and digital record management.
- Welcome and attend visitors in a professional courteous manner.
- Ensure 6S and readiness of meeting rooms, lobby and reception area.
- Serve refreshments to visitors and meeting participants when required.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent (CGPA 3.0/2nd upper and above).
- Good interpersonal skill, able to interact well with all levels of personnel (Top managements and all workers).
- Proficiency in basic computing: MS Windows, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint & MS Outlook.
- Basic knowledge of general administration, office coordination and customer service.
