Job Descriptions
- Ensuring data quality by identifying and correcting errors, handling missing values, and transforming data collected into usable format
- Creating visualizations, dashboards and reporting to effectively communicate analysis results to stakeholders
- Building and refining predictive models, algorithms, or analytical tools to solve business problems and improve decision-making processes
- Support credit management solutions enhancement to digitize new credit models and products
- Working closely with both internal and external teams, understanding data needs of internal stakeholders and providing solutions to align on data format requirements, for the purpose of smooth data collection and acquisition
- Drawing insightful conclusions from credit data points and providing effective quantitative analysis and recommendations on credit modeling in the logistics business
- Translating analysis and insights from a data standpoint or language into non-technical terms for the benefit of non-technical stakeholders
- Determine best practices with respect to data-related tools/models/processes

Job Requirements
- Minimum a Bachelor degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting or a related business discipline
- Strong knowledge of database design, SQL queries, and statistical analysis tools
- Good grasp of credit risk concepts and methodologies
- Possess critical thinking skills to assess and make insightful conclusions from credit data points
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
- Must be able to work independently and as a team to deliver outcome of consistent good quality within stipulated timeline in a dynamic environment
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques, e.g Tableau, Power BI or other similar BI tools will be an advantage
