1. Responsible for the supervision and maintenance of the company's quality management system, making the quality control process digital, and continuously improving the effectiveness of the quality control system through quality objectives, data analysis, and the use of corrective and preventive measures, and supervising all departments in the factory to implement the company's quality policies and quality systems;
2. Responsible for the daily work arrangement of the Quality Control Department, training and supervising department personnel to strictly follow the relevant regulations and procedures formulated by quality management, and regularly assessing the work performance of department personnel;
3. Responsible for the company's quality inspection work, compile inspection standards, inspection specifications and inspection processes according to technical documents, organize and implement quality inspection work within the company, and participate in the review of suppliers;
4. Responsible for product safety and quality meetings;
5. According to actual needs, assist the production department to educate employees to enhance quality awareness and gradually form a situation of quality assurance for all employees;
6. Responsible for the calibration and testing of the company's testing instruments and measuring tools;
7. Actively and promptly respond to customer complaints, meet customer needs, participate in organizing investigations and analyses of major quality accidents, handle customer complaints and cause analysis, and be responsible for leading, implementing, and tracking daily quality work.

8. According to the company's business policy, be responsible for formulating the company's annual quality goals and promoting each department to achieve quality goals;
9. Responsible for planning the processes and annual internal audits required for the quality management system, coordinating the implementation of each process, and leading the internal audit;
10. Lead the organization and implementation of management review meetings;
11. Responsible for the confirmation of the company's internal correction, prevention and improvement reports;
12. Responsible for the overall planning and arrangement of departmental business (raw materials management, process management, new product follow-up, customer complaint handling, product safety, etc.);
13. Based on your own work experience and skills, put forward suggestions and insights on work and strive to solve problems;
14. Other relevant responsibilities specified in ISO9001:2015 and IATF16949 management systems;
15. Review and confirmation of customer and supplier quality contracts;

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
