About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Development Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you'll contribute to the development of product concepts, assist in design documentation, and help ensure that projects meet technical specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

As Junior Development Engineer you will play a crucial role in supporting the engineering and design team throughout the product development lifecycle. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Assist in product design and development processes
  • → Work closely with engineers to translate design concepts into technical outputs, contributing to both new product initiatives and design improvements.
  • Prepare and maintain technical drawings, 3D models, and engineering documentation
  • → Utilize software tools such as CATIA, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD to develop and update detailed technical drawings, 3D CAD models and other supporting documents.
  • Support design validation, prototype testing, and technical reviews
  • → Assist in functional testing, prototyping, and design evaluations to verify that product specifications and performance targets are met.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and cross-functional teams
  • → Engage in team discussions and design reviews to ensure product feasibility, manufacturability, and alignment with customer requirements.
  • Perform basic engineering calculations and data analysis
  • → Conduct tolerance studies, material selection, and simple stress/load calculations to support informed design decisions.
  • Ensure adherence to internal processes and industry standards
  • → Maintain compliance with ISO standards, company SOPs, and best practices in design and documentation to ensure quality and consistency across projects.
