We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Production Engineering Engineer to strengthen our team. This role requires a strong technical background and hands-on experience in process improvement, production planning, and quality control to ensure efficient operations and compliance with industry standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • to establish plant layout to meet ergonomic and production plan capacity.
  • to review process proposal from supplier/jig maker/tool maker.
  • to make counter proposal for MPP to suit IQM machine requirement.
  • to establish and maintain machine specification for stamping, welding and assembly line.
  • to validate initial process setup.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Experience: 4–10 years of working experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a strong advantage.
  • Position level and responsibilities will be based on experience and expertise.

Working Conditions:

  • Based at the manufacturing plant in Shah Alam or Bukit Beruntung.
  • May require occasional travel to suppliers or customer sites.
