Job Responsibility:

• Design and implement control systems, risk assessments, and FMEA to reduce costs and rejections.
• Define and maintain product quality standards for new and existing products.
• Apply Poka-Yoke and standardize measuring/grinding methods.
• Revise IPQA and provide SOPs and training to operators.
• Explore and test new grinding methods and technologies to optimize cycle time.
• Establish consistent process flows and controls using CPK studies.
• Coach, train, and support team members to improve skills and processes.
• Develop and update SOPs for new processes/products.
• Prepare and present performance and progress reports.
• Investigate customer claims, support QA, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Ensure documentation is systematic and compliant with ISO 9001 standards.

Requirements:

• Possess at least Diploma in Engineering with 5 years' experience, or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• At least 2 years' experience in Process Engineering or a related role would be an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and resolve constraints effectively.
• Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and use of measuring equipment.
• Proficient in MS Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; basic IT troubleshooting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Team player, proactive, results-driven, and self-motivated.
