**Job description**

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure a consistently high standard of work is produced in accordance with specification and quality standards through regular quality inspections with sub-contractors and workers.
- Direct and supervise day to day operations of sub-contractors ensuring appliance of common operational procedures.
- Ensure material requisitions are issued in adequate time to achieve the Construction and Renovation schedules.
- Schedule, control and monitor all plant and materials on a weekly basis. **Ensure all work is completed to program.**:

- Create and maintain good relations with clients, design teams and neighbors as well as subcons.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of own activity related to projects on Gateway to enable trace ability.
- Control and monitor site waste in accordance with the Company’s Site Waste Minimization.
- Maintain positive relations with clients, design teams and neighbors.
- The above list is not exhaustive and the post holder may be required to take on other duties and responsibilities for the effective and efficient performance of this role

**note : minimum 2year and above experience is must in construction,renovation or interior Fit Outs works, otherwise pls do not apply.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- 2 years Site Supervisor (required)
- 2 years in renovation projects (required)
- 2 years fit out projects (required)
- 2 years in interior design projects (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
