Subcontracting Activities '¢ Procure services as required/specified by end-users in line with procurement plan/strategy and in compliance with company's policies, procedures, and guidelines. '¢ Conduct negotiation meeting with selected service providers/ suppliers to negotiate on pricing, terms and condition and timely delivery. '¢ Prepare and obtain approval for AA for Award Recommendation in accordance with LOA Prepare Summary of Costing (SOC), Technical / Commercial Evaluation Report, Award Recommendation Prepare, and issue Service Order (SO) to selected subcontractor. '¢ Receive acknowledgement of SO from subcontractor with signed and stamped for all the relevant documents, i.e.: SOCISO shall be kept and filled based on project basis and the information shall be recorded in e-apps system. '¢ To ensure reliable subcontractors retained as MO Resident subcontractors by conducting audit activities and company visit. Post Award Activities '¢ Monitor and process on all post SO activities of variation/ amendments orders and expediting effort to ensure timely progress reporting and timely delivery of services. '¢ Verify final Summary of Costing (SOC) based on final Work Done Report (WDR) and approve by Production and Project Management Team (PMT). '¢ Conduct meeting with Cost Control, PMT and Subcontractor for work scope clarification and final negotiation (If required). '¢ Revise the SO for order amendment based on final Work Done Report (WDR) and Summary of Costing (SOC). Supply Chain Management Policies, Procedures, and Governance. '¢ Comply with SCM policies, procedures, guidelines, and governance that will facilitate consistency in approach and professional conduct of affairs, process integrity, compliance with regulatory, Group and safety guidelines, industry best practices, corporate goals, and objectives, and improve risk management. Improvement Initiatives '¢ Develop SCM improvement initiatives to achieve divisional excellence and improve Supply Chain processes, current work style, practices, policies, procedures, etc. that would result in measurable cost and non-cost benefits, and at the same time design and manage comprehensive control and monitoring mechanism to protect the integrity of the supply chain activities i.e.: develop tariff, price/frame agreement and database to expedite process engagement of subcontractors and to support new project bidding and build partnership. Stakeholder Management '¢ Maintain close relationship with relevant parties (e.g., Client, Project Management Team, Engineering, QHSE, QA/QC and other departments or sections within SCM Division, etc.) and vendors/contractors to facilitate smooth connection within parties to deliver the divisional objectives. '¢ Provide information data support to Commercial Dept. SCM & Business Units on services/material pricing by providing competitive rates and effective contracting strategies and implementations for their Bidding & Commercial activities in order to secure new projects. Capacity Building '¢ Execute capability-building framework to ensure the availability of competent workforce of all levels with the capability of providing procurement services that meet the required competency & performance standard. Work Culture '¢ Create, promote, and maintain a healthy, safe, motivating, and conducive work environment that promotes a culture of excellence and a global championship mind-set with the objective of improving productivity, maintaining standards of service, promoting industrial harmony as well as instilling discipline and integrity. HSE '¢ Participate in company's HSE initiatives and inculcate HSE among colleagues to develop HSE as work culture. Qualifications and Experiences '¢ 2-3 years in Supply Chain Management experience preferable in oil and gas industry, shipyard, or related marine industry. '¢ Degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, Management, or other professional related qualification.
