Central Ordering Executive/associate Executive

Responsible to directly involved in end-to-end supply chain operations focusing on fulfilment of orders for different retail seasons, ensuring top notch customer service for internal and external stakeholders likewise ensuring shipping/logistics efficiency.
- Oversee daily order fulfillment process (i.e. order entry, invoicing, administration, track incoming shipments, manage fulfillment materials, follow shipping procedures, etc.).
- Coordinates with other teams/support to complete the request of customers and communicates effectively.
- Proactively and promptly updates the customer of any delays in deliveries whether a revised delivery date is available or not.
- Allocates inventory to meet customer demand.
- Maintain and update inventory data on a regular basis and to ensure accuracy at all time.
- Manages reporting for all inbound and outbound stock transfers in a timely manner.
- Ensures adequate inventory levels are maintained to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost.
- Monitor overall teams housekeeping to close pending orders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- To adhere and enforce all Company’s policies and procedures.
- Undertake/participate in any ad hoc projects or other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- At least 2 years (s) of working experience in order fulfillment and inventory control is required for this position.
- High accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
- Able to work well under pressure and respond to fast changing priorities and deadlines.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
