- Inform & update customer for the service set status & readiness.
- Assist CRM Executive compiling proof of non-conformance product to supplier.
- Liaise closely with inter-department to ensure consistent high quality results and continuously strive for performance improvement. Any ad hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
