**Position Purpose**
Collaborate with various internal departments and clients to produce clear and comprehensive documentation, by serving as a link between technical professionals and non-technical employees and customers.

**Description of Duties**:
**1. Documentation**
- Create and maintain a variety of technical documents, including user manuals, guides, FAQs, and process documentation.
- Research, writing, editing, and proofreading documents.
- Translate technical concepts into easily understandable, user-friendly documentation for both internal and external audiences.
- Implementing Single Sourcing approach while maintaining high standards of user experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends and updates to ensure documentation remains current and aligned with best practices.

**2. Stakeholder Management**
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to keep documentation up to date with the latest developments.
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather feedback and address any documentation
- related inquiries.

**What We Look for in You**:

- **Excellent command of English and Mandarin**.
- Ability to write compelling and engaging copy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical aptitude and ability to quickly grasp complex concepts.
- Have a strong ability to learn quickly and self-motivated, strong resistance to pressure and strong sense of responsibility.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

**Nice to Haves**:

- Degree in related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiar with cryptocurrency/ finance-technology industry.
- Experience working with teams across global offices and time zones.
