**Procurement & Vendor Management**
- Requesting and reviewing quotations
- Coordinating with suppliers and service providers
- Maintaining supplier records

**Cost & Budget Management**
- Ensuring purchases align with company budgets
- Identifying cost saving opportunities
- Conducting price comparisons and market research

**Compliance & Documentation**
- Ensuring procurement policies and procedures are followed
- Handling procurement related documentation and records

**Reporting & Analysis**
- Preparing procurement reports (cost analysis, supplier performance, savings)
- Analyzing purchasing trends for process improvement
- Providing insights for strategic purchasing decisions

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Fresh Graduate / Diaploma: 1 year (preferred)
