Assist Operation Manager with daily operation tasks.
- Managing properties key activities and responsibilities.
- Processing warranty claims.
- Organizing and scheduling maintenance issue.
- Handling tenants complains.
**Qualifications**:
- Hold minimum a Diploma in Business or equivalent to showcase a solid educational foundation.
- Fresh graduates can apply.
- 1-2 years of working experiences in customer service or properties industry as Admin role.
- Exhibit willing to learn mindset, hardworking, proactive, initiative, attention to details.
- Cultivate strong interpersonal and communication skills, embodying a positive, collaborative team spirit while also excelling in independent work.
