**Responsibilities**:

- To assist and prepare contract layout and contract information.
- To assist and prepare programme of work.
- To assist and prepare the workflow chart and method of statement.
- To assist on post-award documentation and correspondence filing and drawing compiling.
- To assist project manager for taking off of material quantity.
- To assist project manager on progress report preparation.
- To assist project manager on information preparation for quotation.
- To assist project manager in compiling records for work instruction.
- To assist department on all ISO related documentations.
- To follow up with SO on letter/ documents required for submission.
- To compile all required documents for submission.

**Job Requirement**:

- Diploma in Construction related studies
- At least 3 years of managerial experience, preferably in construction related industry
- Possess own transport
- Knowledge and skills:, Critical Thinking, Coordination, Problem Solving, Negotiation Skils

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
