**Sales Strategy**:

- **Visionary Strategist**: Develop and implement a bold sales strategy that aligns with IMT Tech’s mission and distinguishes us in the marketplace.
- **Sales Target Focus**: Drive sales activities including cold calling, conducting presentations, generating proposals, and managing contract through deal closing to meet and exceed sales targets, hunt for new business opportunities and develop new customers.

**Client Engagement**:

- **Client Relationships**: Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- **Long-Term Relationships**: Manage contract negotiations, develop strategic partnerships to drive adoption and satisfaction, and maintain a good business relationship and services with new and existing customers.

**Market Insight**:

- **Market Innovator**: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, using insights to refine our offerings and maintain our competitive edge.
- **Key Account Exploration**: Identify and explore key accounts within defined territories or industry verticals.

**Collaboration**:

- **Collaborative Partner**: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to create a seamless and impactful customer journey.

**Data-Driven Decision Making**:

- **Insights and Analysis**: Utilize sales analytics to inform strategy, accurately forecast sales, and identify growth opportunities.
- **Performance Coordination**: Coordinate internal resources, ensuring effective management of sales, solutions, and services.

**Job Requirements**:

- Must possess at least a Diploma qualification and above.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in corporate sales with proven sales track record.
- Selling solutions in business software, ERP, and accounting will be an added advantage.
- Background and exposure to the real estate industry are advantageous.
- Results-driven, self-motivated and strong ability to prioritize and achieve assigned sales quota.
- Prospect net new customer logos and able to maintain business with existing accounts.
- Influential communicator and skillful presentation, capable of articulating business and technical propositions to clients effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
