We're hiring a hands-on, performance-oriented Sales Manager who can build, lead, and drive a high-performing sales team — with measurable results.

**Your Mission**

Take full ownership of nationwide sales execution, manage a team of Sales Executives and Merchandisers, and lead the company’s revenue growth across all key channels — including baby shops, consignment counters, pharmacies, and offline events.

This is not a purely strategic or corporate role — it requires field experience, active leadership, and accountability for tangible growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive sales growth across all offline channels (outlet, consignment, pharmacy, baby fairs)
- Manage, coach, and monitor the performance of the national sales team
- Execute store expansion plans: baby shops, pharmacy chains, Key Accounts and other high potential channels.
- Lead quarterly promotions, product launches, and fair activations in collaboration with Marketing
- Build and maintain strong B2B client relationships with key buyers and retail partners
- Analyze sales data to improve productivity, conversion rates, and coverage
- Standardize team workflows (reporting, territory management, merchandising SOP)
- Provide regular updates and field insights to the management team

**What We’re Looking For**
- 5+ years experience in sales, including 2+ years in team management
- Background in FMCG, mother & baby, pharmacy, or retail industry preferred
- Must be execution-driven and proactive — not just a planner, but a doer
- Excellent in team coaching, territory performance, and KPI tracking
- Willing to travel locally to lead store visits, activations, and training
- Familiar with tools like Google Sheets, CRM, and sales reporting systems
- Passionate about helping women and growing meaningful brands

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
