**Responsibilities**:

- To achieve yearly sales budget, development of distribution channels (new and existing) and consistently meeting the company’s goals.
- To coordinate, execute and support in all company-related events for publicity and promotions of the company’s products and services.
- To identify, negotiate and secure new distribution channels within the territory for future expansion plans.
- To provide the highest level of professionalism to ensure mutual satisfaction and long term business ties with all distribution outlets.
- To ensure that all sales, marketing and educational related activities are executed accordingly within the specified time frame.
- To communicate with the Sales department staff that the company’s policies, programs and procedures are being implemented on a timely and proper basis.

**Requirements**:

- 1 - 2 years relevant experience, preferably those from beauty industry / hair industry / medical industry.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively.
- Dynamic, energetic and sales oriented.
- Preferably Executives specializing in Sales and Business Development.
