SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: List the expectations for each job responsibility including quality and quantity standards to which the incumbent is required to perform and receive a rating for during the Performance Appraisal.
- Responsible for full scale of GL processes and procedures as specified under Service Partnership Agreement
- To ensure month/quarter/year end closing activities are met given with tight datelines.
- Preparation of journal entries
- Balance sheet reconciliation and analysis
- Perform inter-companies reconciliation, inter-companies billings and inter-companies netting and payment
- Coordinate pre/post closing call between GBS Team and Country Finance for solving variances and issues.
- Assist Country Finance on providing data for SOX, internal audit, external statutory audit and tax.
- Assist in maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
- Other adhoc tasks as required by Supervisor;
- To handle market/legal entity with more complexity and stringent local regulations;
- To handle additional tasks to be transferred to APAC arising from Project Thrive.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: The following are the minimum qualifications an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position.

Skills/Education/Experience:
**Skills**:

- Proficiency in accounting software
- Oracle and One Stream is added advantage
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills and awareness of cross-cultural issues.
- Mature and ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under mínimal supervision
- Highly independent with sense of urgency, responsibility, result oriented and committed to meet datelines

Experience
- Min 3 years’ working experiences
- Exposure in GBS/SSC industry is added advantage
- Experience working with team located geographically

Education
- At least Degree in Finance/Accountancy.
