Responsibility
- Payment Management: Oversee the disbursement of company funds, ensuring timely and accurate payments in accordance with established protocols.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Compile and generate monthly financial reports to enhance our comprehension of financial matters and facilitate informed decision-making.
- Account Oversight: Assume responsibility for the comprehensive management of financial accounts, maintaining their integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Meticulous Record-Keeping: Exercise rigorous attention to detail when handling each financial transaction to guarantee the absolute accuracy of our financial records.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with financial institutions, tax experts, and auditing professionals to ensure the orderly conduct of financial matters.
- Collaborative Team Member: Remain prepared to contribute to various tasks as required by the management, including assistance with retail operations, administrative tasks, and human resources activities.

Requirement:

- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: More than 2 years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
- Full Set Accounting: Experience in handling complete financial accounts.
- Tax Knowledge: Understanding of tax planning.
- Availability: Be available for emergencies or important deadlines outside regular office hours.
