Responsibilities
- Hold at least a Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or similar fields - At least 5 years of working experience and comfortable working with startups - Demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional teams - Ideally, you have experience managing finance, and legal components of a business and are comfortable with spreadsheet modeling and projections - Execution-oriented and creative problem-solving skills. You know when to prioritize getting something out the door and when to prioritize getting something to perfection - Proven ability in project management and executing against goals/metrics - Excellent communication, written & oral presentation skills - Like autonomy and responsibility - you'll have tons of opportunities to contribute without bureaucracy - Comfortable working with ambiguity & fast-changing - since we're an early-stage startup, projects and priorities shift and you should be able to help keep the team in focus - Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or retails.
