Marketing Assistant (Japanese speaker)
- Planning and implementation of visit to Japan promotion business in collaboration with travel agencies
- Conducting presentations to promote travel to Japan at seminars and fairs
- Attending travel seminars and events
- Supporting travel agencies, sending travel agencies flyers, responding to inquiries
- Interviewing with travel agencies,
- Researching and reporting the market monthly
- Conducting Research on Muslim market
- Collecting and extracting information associated with market research
- Operating social media (Facebook, Instagram, TIK TOK ) websites, or advertisements
- Organizing the database of travel agencies
- Translating by using English/Malay/Japanese
- Other supports assigned by Executive Director
- Go to business trip to Japan(once a year), Penang and Johor Bahru(2-3 times a year)

※This position will be annual contract basis. However, the contract has not been terminated in the past by company side and they can consider permanent.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

■MUST TO HAVE:

- English and Japanese Language Proficiency (N2 and above)
- At least Diploma
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point)
- Can work on Sat/Sun/holidays and travel when needed
- Someone who likes Japanese cultures

■PREFER TO HAVE(Advantage)
- Someone who has been to Japan
- Someone who graduated from university in Japan

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
