Office Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain office cleanliness, supplies, and ensure the office environment is organized and welcoming.
- Assist with student inquiries, document processing, and client follow-ups.
- Support the Education Consultants and Business Development team with administrative tasks.
- Prepare reports, update records, and maintain filing systems.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Manage and restock office inventory and stationery.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and company calendars.
- Assist during events, education fairs, and walk-in consultations when required.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma qualification in Business Administration or related fields.
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask and work independently.
- Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented.
